Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Engineer, Internal Audit - Data Analytics Support

  • Operate in a consultative capacity, analyze functions and requirements of organizations
  • Identify and substantiate risks using data analysis and recommend remediation steps
  • Seek out data sources and use ETL methods to join, manipulate, and normalize data
  • Determine appropriate method of data collection and research methodology
  • Develop analyses & tools to enable deeper analysis while increasing efficiency
  • Work on audit engagements to help with data analytics
  • Provide training to auditors on data analytics tools and technology
  • Set up data infrastructure for working with data and create dashboards

Requirements For Business Intelligence Engineer, Internal Audit - Data Analytics Support

  • Experience with SQL, including class projects, personal projects, research, prior internships, or volunteer work
  • Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
