Requirements For Product Manager, Guided Support Experience, gTech, gUP

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management and working with engineering
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business related field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in technical presentations to executive leadership (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally
  • Experience turning broad, ambiguous problems into clear projects
  • Track record of great collaboration within cross-functional teams
