Description For Program Manager, Reverse Supply Chain Operations

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead their Reverse Supply Chain Operations, focusing on managing complex supply chain processes and operational effectiveness. This role is based in Singapore and requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

The position sits within Google's Data Center team, which designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems globally. As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for managing critical processes such as network gear decommissioning and handling damaged or faulty parts in the network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in program management and supply chain operations, though 8 years of experience is preferred. You'll need to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, being able to drive operational metrics and conduct thorough root cause analysis to improve performance.

Key aspects of the role include developing and implementing scalable reverse supply chain processes, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the development of systems and tools that enhance operational effectiveness. You'll be expected to work with both internal and external partners, requiring excellent communication and people management skills.

Requirements For Program Manager, Reverse Supply Chain Operations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred)
  • 8 years of experience in operations roles with Reverse Supply Chain Operations (preferred)
  • Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
