Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems, Business Operations

  • Manage a portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across numerous internal teams and external partners
  • Manage operational expense budget allocation and tracking along with vendor contract management
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
  • Scope, plan, and manage projects, including financial and human resources, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems, Business Operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience managing projects
  • Experience in SDLC Management, Technical Program Management, Presentation Decks, Data Analytics and Budget Management
  • Experience delivering high-availability distributed systems
  • Experience with leading business efforts including portfolio planning, resource allocations, budget planning and tracking, and operational reporting
  • Experience managing development/customizations of one or more third-party solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis etc.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
