How can one be an effective participant in leadership meetings?

Question

As a senior IC, I am included as part of leadership meetings (Director+). I gain a lot of early insights into business direction, which is great. However I would like to see how i can take part in the discussions and have effective conversations?

I am looking for a book suggestion and/or framework to use on how to go about improving on this?

Few dimensions which could impact this -

Personality of the individual
Awareness/one’s expertise of the topic being discussed

Your ability to have impact in these meetings comes from providing concrete data points and anecdotes from being "on the ground" as a senior IC. Unlike the Directors, your head is not in the clouds. A few ways to contribute:

Present data and insights from your area
Draw connections between various projects, e.g. shared infra
Bring up potential problems and delays that are relevant for planning
