Congrats on the new job! We have a lot of great resources around onboarding, but to avoid overwhelming you and everyone else reading this, here are my Top 3:

    1. Q&A on how to pick up new tech stacks quickly - Directly applicable to your scenario!
    2. Q&A where I share an onboarding "roadmap" - These are the basic things any software engineer that's new to a team should do.
    3. How I became an acting tech lead ~1 month after starting at Robinhood - The bar for senior engineer is high. This shows how you can add a ton of value to your team that is completely independent of the code.

Here's also some questions for you - The more context I have, the more targeted and actionable I can make my advice:

    1. What part of the stack are you on? You can just keep it generic like web/mobile/back-end.
    2. What's your team makeup? In particular, what's the split between junior/mid-level/senior+?
    3. What do you know about your expectations so far? Were you hired as more of a senior IC or a tech lead? Do you have a big project on your plate already?
